How do you purchase a course?

I'm baffled when I try to purchase a coarse at Learn2grow what is wanted in the billing screen for Nick Name Card and Nick Name Address. I am unable to get through that screen. What does it mean to save for card and save for billing address before I go to check-out? So far, my inquiries to billing support have not helped. This seems ridiculous that I'm stuck unable to purchas a course. Never had this trouble with other online purchases.
