I live in southern Minnesota and I have my Miniature climbing roses in a pot and I am bringing it in for the winter. The types are: "Magic Dragon" and "Orchid Jubilee" I need to know how I should care for it. All information wil be greatly appreciated. I noticed that some of the leaves are turning color and falling off, will the entire plant do this?

Bringing the mini roses inside changes their conditions as far as natural light and climate. This may cause a bit of plant shock and some leaves will fall off. For more information on mini climbing rose care email the folks at Nor East miniature roses. They have some great information to help. Here is another site with good information on them: http://johnsminiatureroses.com/info.html#3
Sorry I am late with my comment. Hope you get this and that it is helpful... Stan |
