Starting Pink Jasmine from seed

I have about 400' of fence I would like to cover with a vine. I like the Pink Jasmine, as it stays green year around and it is real fine and easy to shape or trim. Can I reproduce the Pink Jasmine, since buying plants to cover over 400' of fence line could get costly. Also, I am open to other suggestions also. Thanks...

You can certainly start all the new plants you need from seeds, but your new vines will not have the pink flowers of your Pink Jasmine. Instead you will get a range of colors. You will also get plants that vary in size and vigor, just like the children in a large family
