Can you eat the bulbs and leaves of the Society Garlic? I have read that it can cause stomach problems but most say you an use it to cook with as well.

The greens and bulbs of society garlic are reported as being edible, but this close relative of Allium is grown primarily as an ornamental, so we do not recommend eating it. If desirable garlicky greens and bulbs are what you are after, it would be better to simply plant Allium schoenoprasum (chives), Allium tuberosum (garlic chives) or Allium sativum (garlic).
